I recommend you this: La disciplina tarde o temprano vencerá la inteligencia
Certainly, nowadays it is often published many bestsellers books promising secrets for success, that I really do not find it interesting or simply do not believe their real purpose. However, this time I want to share a speech I have recently listened from Jokoi Kenji, known for "Discipline beats intelligence" and "Myths and truths" speeches. I found this video quite interesting and I really enjoyed listening to it.
This speech does not have a special formula for succeeding but powerful reasons for breaking some common pre concepts to improve our society. Above all, I wanted to point out something I consider valuable about this message: It is about the coherency in ourselves and the wrong concept of intelligence in many cultures. In fact, he exposes the used false first impression applied in marketing, in contrast to the healthier new trend of leadership with coherency in our behavior and its relationship with "integrity", principles and family.
Furthermore, he has brough me to think that corruption vicious cycle is even risponsible of inflation in our Latin economies which leads us to poverty steady state (check out his example in minute 33 aprox).
Quite a good speech that let us improve.
